Meet a bilingual babysitter already fit and trained

Ask him about his hobbies and his experience

First, to make comfortable your bilingual babysitter, talk to him about a subject he / she masters. Ask him what his background is, what his hobbies are, his tastes etc. These questions will allow you, in addition to relaxing the atmosphere, to know a little more personally the person who will take care of your children. All of our speakers have previous experience with children, so you can have them talk about their previous experiences without stepping on eggs. These first questions will just give you a first idea about the person (Is she patient, will you get along with her, etc.)?

Put your future babysitter in situation
